We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make returns simple and fair.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care items

  • Opened electronics accessories

  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos/videos of the issue

  3. We will offer:

    • Replacement OR

    • Full refund

Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be in processing.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
